I am presenting/speaking at the 2015 Meeting. Do I still have to register and pay?
YES. All speakers, including posters presenters, have to register and pay the registration fee. If you do not wish to attend the full conference, there is a one day option available.

I don't remember if I am a current ISES member. How can I check?
To verify your member status, please go to http://www.isesweb.org/index.html, click on ISES member log in, and enter your username and password. If your membership is paid for 2015, then you are eligible for the member conference rate.

My company needs a W-9 form before they will pay for the Meeting. How do I obtain one?
Please email dbest@infinityconferences.com with your request, and include "W-9 needed for ISES 2015 Meeting registration" in your subject line.

Can I register now to get the early fee, but pay later?
No. Payment is due at the time of registration, otherwise your registration is not complete.

What if I want to change my registration after I have paid?
Modification requests must be made in writing to info@ises2015.org. Please reference "Conference Modification" in the subject line.
• Until October 5, 2015: modifications/name changes are accepted.
• After October 5, 2015: a processing fee of $75 will be charged for any registration modification/name changes.

I need to cancel my registration. What do I do?
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@ises2015.org. Please reference "Conference Cancellation" in the subject line.
• Until October 5, 2015: $75 will be withheld for administrative fees.
• After October 5, 2015: No refunds will be made. Requests for refunds after this date will not be considered.

I am registering multiple participants but need to make one payment. How do I do this?

     If paying by credit card:

1.	Go to the registration page.
2.	Follow the prompts when registering your first participant.
3.	When you have completed the first registration, you will be asked if you are registering any other attendees for this event. Click "yes" and "continue".
4.	Repeat the steps for each attendee you are registering.
5.	When you are finished, click "Complete registration", and then enter payment.

     If paying by check:

1.	Download the pdf registration form on the registration page.
2.	Have each participant complete their form.
3.	Once all forms in the group are completed, fax them to 703-925-9453 or email them to info@ises2015.org.
4.	Mail check to: Infinity Conference Group, Inc., 1035 Sterling Rd., Ste. 202, Herndon, VA 20170. Attention – Kathleen Berry
5.	Registrations will not be complete until the check is received.

I need to pay for my registration by wire transfer (EFT). How do I do this?

1.	A request to pay by wire transfer (EFT) must be emailed to info@ises2015.org. Please note: There is an additional $16.00 fee for wire transfers.
2.	Download the pdf registration form on the registration page and complete the form.
3.	Fax the completed form to 703-925-9453 or email it to info@ises2015.org
4.	Once the wire transfer request and registration forms are received, we will send you the banking information.
5.	Please allow plenty of time for the wire transfer process. Registration will not be complete until payment has been received.
6.	If payment is received after the registration price increase, you will be responsible for the difference.

I need a Letter of Invitation in order to attend. How do I obtain one?
Please email info@ises2015.org with your request. You MUST be registered in order to request a Letter of Invitation. Please reference "Letter of Invitation" in the subject line.

Who qualifies for the Developing Country registration rate?
The list of Developing Countries can be found here*.

What travel grant funding is available for the 2015 Meeting?

Students/New Researchers can apply for a travel grant at the Students/New Researcher's page on the ISES web site where information on the application process can be found.

Diversity Award - The ISES 2015 Meeting will award a one-year membership and one-time meeting registration fee for up to FOUR established researchers and/or student/new researchers from racial and ethnic groups underrepresented within the Society. If you are interested, please submit an application to Dr. Nicole Deziel at nicole.deziel@yale.edu by May 15, 2015. Awardees will be required to present their work as a poster or oral presentation at the 2015 meeting.

Travel Award for Developing Country Scientists - ISES is pleased to announce the availability of a limited number of travel awards for the 2015 meeting for researchers from WHO Mortality Stratum B-E countries. To be considered for an award, please email a copy of your accepted abstract, your type of presentation (oral or poster), your student/new researcher status (yes/no), and your home institution and job title to the ISES Treasurer at anne.riederer@gmail.com by Monday, June 15. Awardees will be notified by June 30.  We anticipate making 1-3 awards of US $500-1000 each. Students/new researchers are not eligible for these awards.

What expenses will be taken into account when issuing a travel award (checks for visa, tickets, hotel, and registration for the conference)?
Everything mentioned above. Keep in mind, you will be asked to provide receipts to show proof that you paid in full or partially to attend this conference.

When will the travel awards will be given (day and time)?
Travel award winners will be informed in a separate email sometime in August.

Am I considered a student if I graduate after I register, but before the conference?
Yes. For both abstract submission and registration, student status is determined at the time of occurrence.

Do I need to apply for international student identity card? No international student identity card needed.

What time does the meeting end on Thursday?
The meeting will conclude at 12:30 pm. There will be a tour, for an additional fee, Thursday from 1:00 pm until dinnertime.

In order to attend the meeting I need to secure a hotel room at the government rate, but the M is sold out of these rooms; what are my options?
We are sorry that government rate rooms are no longer available at the M as of August 9. You have two options:

1) Book a room at the conference rate and continue to communicate with the hotel in case rooms at the government rate become available.
2) Book a government rate room at another local hotel. There are several in the area including the Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas South (3.5 miles), Homewood Inn Suites Henderson/South Las Vegas (5.1 miles), and Grandview at Las Vegas (3.7 miles).
